 Powder metallurgy sintering furnace mesh belt , also known as sintered mesh belt , high temperature mesh belt , is made of imported SUS314 material from Japan's Nippon Steel Corporation, with a temperature resistance of more than 1200 degrees,  and is widely used in continuous sintering production lines. It is mainly used for pressing and forming iron-based, copper-based and other related powder metallurgy products, under protective atmosphere conditions for ideal continuous sintering process.  The mesh belt is heated and cooled under high temperature without oxidation, so that the powder metallurgy products can achieve the molding effect.

  High temperature resistant mesh belt generally refers to mesh belts produced from stainless steel with a temperature resistance of more than 750°C,  mainly using high nickel-chromium alloy materials such as 316 (0Cr17Ni12Mo2), 310S (0Cr25Ni20), 314 (1Cr25Ni20Si2), and 2080 (Cr20Ni80). The mesh belt is connected by a thicker string shaft, and both sides are inlaid with baffles of the same height, which can bear heavier objects and prevent objects from falling off the mesh belt.  It is mainly used for cleaning and heat treatment of objects. High-temperature mesh belts mainly include annealing furnace mesh belts, baking furnace mesh belts, electric furnace high temperature resistance, mosaic mesh belts have high heat resistance,  strong corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, small elongation, uniform pitch, and fast heat flow. Energy saving, long service life, etc. Mainly used for annealing, quenching, hot melting, tempering of glass products, ceramic products...

 The mesh belt temperature of the quenching furnace is around 900-1120 degrees. The mesh belt is preferably made of 310S and SUS314. After the workpiece is quenched, it needs to be tempered.  The tempering temperature is around 350-650. A 304 mesh belt can be selected. Tempering is about 350-650 degrees and annealing is about 500-600 degrees.
