There is circulating water inside the Furnace Rolls for cooling and lowering the temperature.  After passing various inspections and meeting customer requirements, it has been packed and shipped.

Electric Heating Radiant Tube Product Name: Electric Heating Radiant Tube Material: 1.4848/Cr20Ni80 Size: Φ 128 * 1525mm Single weight: 48.1kg Production process: centrifugal casting The picture shows a batch of electric heating Radiant tubes produced this month,  including the Radiant tube shell and electric heating core.  The size of the Radiant tube is Φ 128 * 1525mm, the material is 1.4848, and the weight is about 28kg.  The size of the electric heater is Ø 160 * 1610mm, and the main material is Cr20Ni80, weighing about 20kg.  The Radiant tube is mainly produced by centrifugal casting and static casting processes,  and the electric heater is mainly welded as a finished product.  After passing the trial assembly and inspection in all aspects, the product will be packaged and shipped separately, and the customer will assemble it themselves.
