  Water-cooled Roller made of Mo-Re2 Product name: Roller Material: Mo-Re2/1.4848/SUS 310S Size: φ 250 * 3190mm Single weight: 385kg Production process: centrifugal casting+precision casting+welding+machining The picture shows roller samples produced last week, with dimensions of φ 250 * 3190mm,  weighing approximately 385kg, made of Mo-Re2/1.4848/SUS 310S heat-resistant steel.  Made by welding and processing after casting using centrifugal casting technology,  precision casting technology, etc. This roller is used in a continuous hot furnace for normalizing billets,  in order to further produce seamless rolled pipes. The furnace rollers are cooled by water.  This batch of samples is for customers to improve the issue of wear and tear.  After passing various inspections, they have been shipped.
