They are currently undergoing inspection in the subsequent process.  Customers often order different specifications and types of gourd roller overall components or accessories, which can be produced according to the drawings.

  heat treatment cast trays material of 35Ni15Cr The picture shows a batch of heat treatment cast trays produced in September 2022, with dimensions of 920*615*58mm, material of 35Ni15Cr, and a weight of about 59kg.  The pallets have rails and are used in conjunction with the cast rails in the heat treatment furnace.  They are produced using precision casting technology and have been inspected in all aspects to meet the requirements. They have been packed and shipped.

  Welded reaction retort OD2500/1950 * 1850mm The picture shows a customized reaction retort in September 2022, which is welded with finished materials, with a size of OD2500/1950 * 1850mm, a material of 1.4841,  and a weight of approximately 1073kg. Due to its large diameter, a customized packaging box has been made, and the customer has accepted and shipped it.

The customer has ordered radiant tubes of different specifications and materials, which have been tested in all aspects and meet the customer's requirements.  They have been packed and shipped.

  Water-cooled roller rings by precision casting The picture shows a batch of water-cooled roller rings produced in September 2022, made of 22H material,  with a size specification of 305*102mm and a weight of approximately 23kg.  They are produced using precision casting technology and machined.  The customer purchases several batches of water-cooled roller rings every year, which have been inspected and qualified in all aspects, and have been packed and shipped.

 Radiant tubes Φ320/203*2075m 1.4848 material The picture shows a batch of radiant tubes produced in September 2022, with the main dimensions being Φ320/203*2075mm,  made of 1.4848 material, weighing approximately 107kg,  using centrifugal casting and static casting processes.  After passing various tests and meeting customer requirements, it has been packed and shipped.
