The main dimensions are Φ90*1500mm, the material is Cr20Ni80, and the weight is approximately 16kg. The electric heaters are mainly welded from finished materials and are used in conjunction with radiant tubes. The electric heating radiant tubes are mainly used for heating in heat treatment furnaces. They have passed all inspections and are now packaged and shipped.

The size of the radiant tube Φ 128 * 1525mm, material 1.4848, weight approximately 28kg, electric heater size Ø 160 * 1610mm, mainly made of Cr20Ni80, weight approximately 20kg. The radiant tube is mainly produced using centrifugal casting and static casting processes, while the electric heater is mainly welded. Qualified trial assembly, inspected in all aspects, packaged separately for shipment, and assembled by the customer themselves.
