  The mesh belt temperature of the quenching furnace is around 900-1120 degrees. The mesh belt is preferably made of 310S and SUS314. After the workpiece is quenched, it needs to be tempered.  The tempering temperature is around 350-650. A 304 mesh belt can be selected. Tempering is about 350-650 degrees and annealing is about 500-600 degrees.
