The picture shows a batch of electric Heater Radianttubes completed this month, including the Radianttube shell and the electric Heater core. The main dimensions of the Radianttube are Φ114*1737mm, with material 1.4852, weighing approximately 25kg. The main material of the electric Heater core is Cr20Ni80, with dimensions Φ130*1782 - 5.85KW, weighing approximately 47kg. The Radianttube is mainly produced by centrifugal casting and static casting processes, while the electric Heater core is mainly formed by welding. The trial installation is qualified, and it has passed all inspections. It is packed separately for shipment, and the customer is responsible for assembly.
